This website is operated by CoolnCustom USA. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CoolnCustom USA. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

We specialize in custom and ready-made keychains (jet tag style).

Custom products are made based on the design, text, or instructions provided by the customer.
Ready-made products are sold exactly as shown and are not customizable.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS DISCLAIMER

For custom keychains:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted designs, text, spelling, colors, and details are correct.
We may adjust designs slightly for print compatibility (DTF printing limitations).
Extremely detailed or thin designs may be modified to ensure print quality.

We are not responsible for:

Low-resolution images provided by the customer
Design issues caused by customer-submitted files

4. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Processing time: Typically 1–3 business days
Shipping time: Varies depending on selected method

Ready-made items may ship faster.

Untracked Shipping (if offered):

Some orders may be shipped via USPS letter mail (no tracking)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers
Lost packages when untracked shipping is selected

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of custom products:

Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or incorrect
Ready-made items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery

We offer:

Replacements for defective or incorrect items
Refunds at our discretion in specific cases

6. ORDER ACCURACY

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Enter correct shipping address
Review order details before checkout

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Customers must have the right to use any logos, text, or designs submitted.

We are not liable for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided content.

8. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD
Applicable taxes (including Maryland state tax) may be added at checkout
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Delays in delivery
Losses caused by misuse of products

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
